Spotlessly clean and calm hotel, exceptionally accommodating staff and trendy rooms. I got free upgrade and liked it. Substantial breakfast, personalized service. Certainly a happy short experience for shopping in Kuala Lumpur.

Reasonable value, affordable 4 star hotel. There was variety of food for breakfast, including breads and scrambled eggs. Besides, the area was busy, next to an isetan the japan store. Comfortable lobby. Had no problem using their safe parking, the internet was free: )

It was a lovely stay in the vibrant area. You could walk to shopping malls and a market. The breakfast was sensational, plenty of choice. Climate control and a flat-screen TV available in the superior double room.
